A difficult one for me and my program! I really slacked off with the workouts partly I was lazy and partly my bosy so needed the break! Also with food! Did OK enough that I stayed at goal but it was a struggle! I still want to see if I can get to 135 and be comfortable there, I got to 139 for one week and its been up since, been bouncing around between 141 to 144 so still under goal! I am recommitting myself and get back on track NOW! Its going to be a rough one too, lots of emotional things going on in my life right now that will be a major struggle for me but I will do the best I can! Last weigh in I was 143.6, my goal for now is 144.  Today was good day on points made good choices and stayed on track! Was going to go to the gym but did not make it had too many other errands to take care of and missed the few hours the gym was open. On track with point all day, really back on track there! Exercise! 10,000 steps at work, 30 minute weight training, 20 minutes running on treadill, one hour walk with the dogs that also included some running! I hurt! And tomorrow it will be worse! I found out today I don't really have a place to live in 30 days and this week is the one year anniversary of losing my grandpa. This weekend seemed harder than normal to stay on track, its normally not as bad as this one was. I just don't want myself to settle for the weight I'm and i kinda feel like I'm. Not wanting to walk when its my time to walk. I need to stay home this weekend and get refocused on my plan and find a place to live. Just forgot to post! did OK I lost but not as much as I had hoped for! I lost just .6 still have one pound to go to get back into the 130s two pounds to go to get back to where I was before I had my 4 week slide! This week will be a challenge with my mom here we will be on the go so eating will not "planned" and I know I will not be weighing in this Saturday because I am doing a 5K race that morning! Not working out like I should! No more! Today is a a new beginning! I am recommitting right now! I will be back to where I want to be! I am still 3.4 pounds under goal but I dont like where I am I want to be lower back into the 130s. I have gained weight for 4 or 5 weeks not a little at a time but no more! Another good day! Right on track with points all day no stuggles and got in a 3 mile walk and stress relief yoga! Even though my fingers still seem to be a little swollen and retaining some fluid I feel OK about weighing in this week and even a day early! I dont think I will be back at 139 but thats OK I know I will get back there soon and then some as well! Yes! I really feel like I am back in control!  Right on track all day with points and feeling good about choices! Got in day 2 of 30 day shred, working out some soreness from day one...a 3 mile walk and relaxing with yoga! I have had a good start to the week~! Been on points all day with good choices! Yes!!  Started something new today for workouts...Jillian Michaels 30 day shred! Day one on level one and it kicked my A$$!  Just not motivated to get to the gym to lift weights so thought I would try this and then get back to gym in a few weeks! Also got in a 3 mile walk! Then finished the evening with some relaxation yoga! Feeling good about the start! Still feeling BLAH my fingers are still swollen and still having cramps but not as bad as yesterday! Hoping for a good week! Although this Saturday WW is closed for the 4th so I am thinking of going to a meeting on Friday morning to get in a weigh in so that will help me keep focused and on track this week! Not a good week! Mostly I was not on because I was EMOTIONALLY EATING ALL WEEK! Not a pretty sight on the scale! Partly I was not on because of time restraints last week had me on the go and home late every night! So between emtional eating and not working out...like I said not a pretty sight on the scale! Not sure really how bad it was because I did not weigh in on Saturday but I do know that it was high enough gain that this week will probably still show a gain.  I am still struggling to get back on track! The last 2 days I have done great all day until evening then it all comes crashing down again! Going to try harder tomorrow to get in back on track! I been staying within my points and adjusting the foods I eat to get the most out of them. I do go over for beer but a girl gotta have a few from time to time. Last week was different I had a bad sinus headache for a few days so I took off from walking the first in 17 weeks. I still pulled 3.2 loss. On track all day with points and made some good choices. Got in 20 minutes of weight training(Boot Camp Biggest Loser style!) And an hour and 20 minute walk with the dogs! Great breakfast healthy and low point. It was the last day of school so the behavior team all meet for lunch at a mexican place! I had NO chips and salsa! Had only a taco salad and I ate about half of the bowl from that. I had no dinner tonight only because I never really felt hungry at all. So all and all probably right at points not too bad I guess. Got in just one walk today for about 45 minutes with the dogs! THe last 2 days have been an emotional struggle!! I have so far survived the eating side of things and have stayed within points! Attitude wise I am feeling very down and depressed! AS far as exercise goes yesterday I got in a short walk and a 2 mile run. Today I got in a short walk a 30 minute weight training session and a 3 mile walk! Trying to stay within my points and not do anything crazy. I haven't walked yet today don't know that I will. I normally take two days off a week and lately I haven't been. And all the activity I have been getting down at the lake house, I think has been taking a toll on me. I just feel run down I hoping that these two day will give me the energy I need.&lt;br /&gt;down another 1.8 this week, only 4 pounds from 40! WOW! I cant believe it. How it just hits you! Around 2pm this afternoon I just decided it was time, time to start running again! So I did! I ran 2 miles outside after work! It felt awesome! My mom was here and we did a lot of shopping! I now have a closet full of clothes that FIT!!! not too big! What a great feeling too! I was buying pants/shorts that were a small size 6! shirts that are smalls and mediums!! Mainly running! Just a week thats it! Thats probably all I could stand! LOL I SOOOO wanted to run today but did not! My body is tired and achy that is why I decided it was time! Soooo today I walked at lunch 20 minutes then after work instead of running I took a 45 minute bike ride then went to the park and got in a 3 mile walk! I am nervous about how this will effect the scale this week! I stayed within the points no issues there. Stayed ahead of the hungry! I even talked to some old friends, walked and had a great dinner. No complaints here! I finally reached 30 and couldn't be happier. Besides having an emotional week I started my period yesterday so not really surprised with the gain! A little disappointed, how can you not be but OK with it because I am still under goal! Also re-thought my next "goal" of 135. It was putting me into lose lose lose mode and that is not what I really want! I am happy where I am just wanted to continue to tone up lose inches and with that will come off some weight as well. I just want to relax and enjoy the new me not have the pressure. So smaller steps! Today was a good points day though and got in a 20 minute walk, 30 minute easy run and 30 minute of mowing the knee deep grass! LOL! That was more of a workout than running today! A good sign I guess but still not feeling all too confindent about good results on the scale! Today was a good day! Right on track with points no problem there! Got in a 20 minute walk, 45 minute run with sprints and a 3 mile walk this evening! In control of emotions and in control of what I am eating! Stayed right on track and with in points.  Got in a 20 walk, 40 minutes of weight lifting and a 3 mile walk at the park with NikkiSmiles!  LOL!&lt;br /&gt;Anyway..still feeling all fat and nasty and just feeling Blah!  Really hoping it goes away and the scale is good on Saturday I will take a loss or a maintain! But no gain please! I am feeling fat! My fingers are swollen and I feel yucky! Other than the bad 2 days on the weekend I have been on track the rest of the week so I dont know why I am feeling this way! Today was good too! Right on track with points! Got in a 20 walk and a 40 minute interval run! I am sore from weights yesterday my upper back, biceps and legs are hurting! Maybe that is why I am feeling this way! Fighting the urge to peak at the scale I really dont think it would be a good thing to do this week so I am going to try as hard as I can not to give into that! I was very active moving beds and boxs, even got in a walk on Sunday. I went into the weekend telling myself, Do the best u can with what is available. I did my best everyday to get in everything even tho it didnt happend and I end up over points the 4 days due to drinking. Im okay with it. I did my best. Was tempted to but did not give in! Stayed on track with points all day. Got in a 20 minute walk, 40 minutes of weight training, and a 3 mile run! I can feel it tonight so I am sure I will be sore tomorrow! Just sat in the hot bath and soaked and took some ibprofen! Been on an emotional binge eating spree! Not to mention that I think I have only slept maybe 7 hours total the last 3 days. I knew it was emotional because every time I turned around this weekend I was crying! At anything and everything! I could not figure out why?? what was bothering me so much?? I had suppressed it! Until 5pm this evening and it hit me hard! I cried some more but then took control and but down the food I was feeding the emotions with! My mother and some other family members were setting the military plaque in cement at my daddy's grave site today! I knew it my mom had told me it was happening today but I pushed it so far back in my head that I had "forgotten" So all weekend I have been crying and eating and crying and eating and kept telling myself I didnt know why I was so upset! Once I "remembered" it was all too clear and at that very instance the in control person I am was back! Do I feel bad about what I ate this weekend? Yes! But I am forgiving myself not dwelling on it and moving forward! As of this very minute I am back and if it causes me to have a gain on the scale this week..SO WHAT!? Its just one of life speed bumps that is going to happen along the way, just have to deal with it and move on and be the best that I can be!  I did get in a 3 mile walk this afternoon so it wasn't a complete waste! Tonight is no different than any other Friday night! I am anxious about the weigh in! I know its OK if I gain because I am more than 2 pounds below goal but I still have that fear of gaining and do not want to gain! Totally on track with points, could have made some smarter choices in points but did not go over! Got in a 20 minute walk at lunch, 45 minutes intense sprints/run, and a 3 mile walk with NikkiSmiles! LOL! Love you Nicole! &lt;br /&gt;I have been feeling all week kinda blah and feeling like I have gained! So of course this morning I get on the scale! Really I need to stop doing that! Anyway yes it did show a small gain but still under goal so thats good, the encouraging part is tonight I was trying to weigh something else and it was so light I could not get it register on the scale, so I stepped on the scale fully dressed and with my shoes on after a long day of eating and activity and it showed a gain from this morning which of course I expected but it was not a big one just 3 pounds WITH SHOES! That is a good thing! Maybe this morning my little up was just some water...not to stressed about Saturday now at least not more than I ever am! I have decided what the new ticker below my posts will be! Even though I am Lifetime I still want to lose a little more, my goal was to get to what my doctor wanted and I did now my goal is to get to where I want to get!  As of last Saturday I was 143.6 and I want to shoot for 135. Evenutally maybe more but I am going to take small steps and see how difficult it is to maintain there or maybe go lower! So going to get a new ticker starting at 143.6 to countdown to 135! Only got in a 20 minute walk today as well, never made it to the gym because I had to go to a WW meeting for training and got home too late! Stayed on track all day with points, had some struggles..fighting the emotional demons..but fought them off! Got in a 4 mile walk with Sole Patrol as well. Had planed to go for a 3 mile run as well but it didnt happen tonight other things came up! I went up for the first time, it was only .2 but its my first positive I have had on my journey. I stayed within the points and walked more, I did nothing wrong my bodies I guess wasn't feeling it. Aunt Flo is suppose to be coming to visit as well. I just have to keep working the program cuz it does work or I would not have lost what I have. Taks Week and countdown to Lifetime! Kinda good I guess they fell the same week, makes it a little bit easier to avoid all the junk food in the lounge for Taks when I know this weeks weigh in is so critical! &lt;br /&gt;Good day on points, dinner was higher than planned so I used a few activity points. Got in a 25 minute walk, a 3 mile run and 45 minutes of yoga! Maybe its because I have just this last week before lifetime! Not sure but whatever it was it was a good one. Totally on points today with no struggles or anything extra. Susdays are usually a challenge but not today! Got in a 3 mile walk with my Sole Patrol buddies, also got in a 3 mile run after the walk. And I returned to yoga. Got in 30 minutes of yoga just now. I have not done yoga in almost 3 weeks, it felt good to get back to the stretching and stress relief that it brings. Hope that trend continues into tomorrow morning! &lt;br /&gt;Today was a really good day on points, still have 2 left to use. Got in a 20 minute walk at lunch then after work went for a 2 mile run outside, 2 miles in 25 minutes! Not a bad time at all! WHY!? I know I shouldnt have done it but I did..it showed I was up 2.6 HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE!! REALLY?? So of course now I am just totally stressed out about weighing in on Saturday. It has to be water retention from something it really cant be gained weight? Guess we will find out for sure on Saturday! Today was a good day on points of course I was being extra cautious after seeing the scale. Got in a 25 minute walk and a intense 45 minutes speed drills on the treadmill. At school it was the Diabetes Awareness Walk Day. All the PE classes went out on the track to walk laps for a fundraiser. I walked a total of 20 laps(5miles) not including all the other normal day to day walking in the school and the walking to and from the track! Logged over 20000 steps. Went to the gym for 45 minutes of weight training, the off for more walking at the park for another 3 miles!  I need water and a shower. Did I mention it was 95 degrees today! This week is going slow! I cnat believe I just have 11 days until Lifetime and its going to be the slowest 11 days ever! LOL  Today was good on points all day with no problems! Got in a 25 minute walk at lunch then came home instead of the gym to enjoy the nice weather and ran 3 miles outside! Took me 50 minutes but thats because my goof ball husband went to and stopped 3 times, once to retie his shoes and I swear it took him 2 minutes, once to stretch((AFTER we had already started..yes I was annoyed) and then 3rd time that took at least 5 minutes to return a stry dog to his owner! With out all those stops I could have made it 40 minutes I am sure! Jerk! I have walked everyday. I even tried a jogging little and walked a little more at the park. I just hope I have done enough to get what I need to make 10%. I'll just get upset if I don't get it this week, even tho I shouldn't. I have changed my eating habits so much and I'm even exercising. Which are worth so much more. I just feel by me getting my 10% its like my trophy. All I can do is keep doing what I'm doing. I think it may be ok to eat a few!  Today I got in a 25 minute walk at lunch, 50 minutes at the gym weight training, then at home tonight I went on a 45 minute bike ride followed be an 50 minute walk! Oddly enough I am not tired! Still very energized and ready to go!
